We See More Than Allergies

I’m hoping that if you have come to this page, you have already read my story in the “About Us” section. If you have not visited that page yet, let me introduce myself.

A Little Bit More About Me

My name is Nubian and I am the owner of The Pink Bakery. In my spare time, I enjoy conducting my own science experiments, solving complex problems, earthing, dreaming of a conflict less world, watching ants and being a cautious risk taker. I have a MBA in Supply Chain Management and am working on my Ph.D from the School of Hard Knocks. I am the second oldest in my family and love switching between the Aretha Franklin and Jay-Z Pandora stations on a daily basis. I am Golden State fan and think Sinbad is one of the funniest comedians on the planet.

I wanted you to know more about me other than just the fact that I have severe food allergies. Although they do influence every decision I make in life, I never want them to stop me from accomplishing the goals I have set for myself.

We See You

Being allergic to milk and wheat were the reasons why I created The Pink Bakery where, “we see more than allergies®”. I see the recipe development. I see the behind the scenes interactions with the suppliers we buy from. I see our top allergen free dedicated facility. I see the team who help make The Pink Bakery an incredible company. I see the packaging development. I see the community organizations we support. Most importantly, I see YOU. I see your every days, birthday parties, family vacations, graduation ceremonies, weddings, baby showers and Tuesday night turn-ups. I see how you trust us to be there with you and I thank you!

I know you are doing the best you can to navigate this life we live. It can be difficult most days. I want you to know that you are doing an incredible job! I believe in you, I see you and I am rooting for you!
